Overview of Highpointe (Dripping Springs)
Highpointe is a 780 acre residential development consisting of approximately 1,000 lots located southwest of Austin near Dripping Springs. DHI acquired the land, created a utility district and obtained all of the necessary entitlements for this project and was in the process of developing the initial phase of 150 lots when Pulte Homes made an acceptable offer to acquire the entire development.
